Local ‘celeb’ bows out after 26 years By Sarla Donovan ANGIE DALLY is a local celebrity. But the head teacher at Mt Pleasant Kindergarten has made the tough decision to retire at the end of this year after 26 years of service. Former parent Vanessa Kearns says she will be dearly missed. “She is an awesome lady.
Everyone loves and knows Angie – (she’s) a local celebrity.” Mrs Kearns said her two children had an amazing kindergarten experience, thanks to Ms Dally’s ability to tap into their individual passions. “My daughter is obsessed with birds, so Angie had her making a bird feeder at one point. And our son loves music – Angie has taught him to play the ukelele,
a skill he now has forever.” “She has worked so incredibly hard to foster a caring, kind, loving environment for all our children. We will all miss her dearly.” Retirement for Ms Dally will involve taking things a little easier – including spending more time with her family, in the garden, reading and walking in the bush and on the beach. “I know I will see much more
of my own whanau. I have plans to extend my own vegetable patch and possibly a new chicken or two in the run. There will be so much to do, but first I may treat myself to a few days of sleeping in.” Before starting at Mt Pleasant in 1991, Ms Dally worked at Kidsfirst Kindergarten in Beckenham and prior to that was in the music industry. •Turn to page 9
BUSINESS OWNER Bill Trolove is $30,000 out of pocket after a two-year battle with the city council over compliance. Lyttelton Kayaks has been operating out of Cass Bay for 10 years but was forced to close earlier this year after breaching a rule in the city council’s District Plan. Owner and operator Bill Trolove said he was annoyed at having to fight the city council to stay open. “I’m really pissed off. It’s the red-tape mentality mindlessly applied,” he said. Mr Trolove was storing the kayaks on his section in Cass Bay when a member of public complained to the city council in 2015. Head of regulatory compliance Tracey Weston said Mr Trolove’s business was found to have breached two rules in the District Plan – having an unapproved relocated building (a garage) on the section, and running activities not provided for within a residential zone. •Turn to page 7

from the editor’s desk OUR ARTICLE on problems at the Heathcote Valley Community Centre two weeks ago may have been the kick up the backside the powers that be needed. On page 3 today, we reveal city council staff have met with association chairman Lewis Low and it looks like a solution is in the wind. Problems at the $860,000 Heathcote Valley Community Centre should be ironed out before winter. But the litmus test will come as to who actually pays for solving the problems, and, unfortunately, the council has vaguely suggested the association may have to play a part. So we may have to give them another kick up the proverbial to get a good result for a hard-working community association. Barry Clarke

Community centre defects to be fixed before winter

ON THE DOMAIN LINCOLN 3 MARCH 2018
By Sarla Donovan PROBLEMS AT the $860,000 Heathcote Valley Community Centre should be ironed out before winter. The centre is managed by the Heathcote Valley Community Association, which has recently complained of poor heating and electrical problems in the kitchen leading to plugs shorting out. Association Lewis Low chairman Lewis Low met with city council staff on Monday to discuss issues with the one-yearold building. He said the city council had agreed to support the association to find solutions to the building’s problems. This would include investigating whether to install additional heat pumps or put remote control timers on the existing heating panels. The city council would also look at fixing the wiring problem in the kitchen – as when more than two plugs are

used, the wiring short circuits. City council head of community support, governance and partnerships Lester Wolfreys said there was “not yet” an agreement to pay for improvements to the heating. “(We are) in discussions with the community association about this,” he said, adding that
the city council takes safety “very seriously” and would ensure any issues regarding safety are addressed. The association manages the centre on behalf of the city council with the long-term goal to gain extra income that can be used to support groups in the community.
“We have a lovely community asset and we want it to get more use,” Mr Low said. He is hoping the planned improvements will increase its appeal. Businesses or groups looking to hire space at the centre can email Jackie Foulkes at heathcotevillageproject@ gmail.com

In Brief LIBRARY HOURS Volunteers could be used as a way to expand weekend opening hours at the Sumner library. The Linwood-Central-Heathcote Community Board has asked city council staff to investigate the feasibility of using volunteers to staff the library on weekends after being told the city council had no money to fund extra hours. Presently, it is only open from 10am-1pm on Saturdays, prompting complaints from library users. City council staff will also look at the option of reducing opening hours during the week to accommodate a longer Saturday opening. PENFOLD’S COTTAGE Repairs to the historic Penfold’s Cottage have been mothballed pending a review of city council finances. The cottage in Scott Park, Ferrymead, is among several significant heritage buildings to have repairs put on hold. The move comes after city councillors expressed concerns the restoration of heritage buildings was being considered on an ad hoc basis and with no determined future use. The repairs will be reassessed as part of the city council 2018/19 Long Term Plan consultation. Follow us on Facebook @Dream Doors Christchurch for design inspiration

It was a time when everyone had more pressing priorities and there was no obvious alternative location. Blair cut through the red tape and had the siren installed on its own post at the front of the lifeboat station. It is great to hear the former air-
raid siren sound again, signalling to the local community that Sumner Lifeboat is active, and reassuring those nearby needing rescue that help is on the way. Following Paul Lawson’s retirement, Blair was elected coxswain in 2015 and has worked tirelessly on the seemingly neverending list of projects which lifeboat continues to produce. •Ashley Rule gained a silver medal for five years service Ashley joined Sumner Lifeboat

LYTTELTON PORT of Christchurch has already leased more than 110 berths at the new Te Ana Marina and is now seeking expressions of interest from businesses looking to become part of the commercial waterfront development. LPC will own and operate the marina and associated facilities which are due for completion in April, 2018. The marina will feature 170 berths for yachts and powerboats and include a safe, waterfront promenade. LPC chief executive, Peter Davie said he was delighted with the level of interest the berths had attracted. “It shows growing support for the development of a modern walk-on marina in Lyttelton.” Stage one of the commercial development is the refurbishment of an existing wool store. The building will be strengthened and upgraded and efforts will be made to retain many of the characteristics of the original building. “Opportunities are available for a wide range of businesses, including retail, food and beverage, marine services, offices and community activities. expect rental rates will be competitive and reflect the value and amenity of the location and facility,” Mr Davie said. Accommodation will also be provided in the wool store for
the marina’s administration offices, berth-holder amenities and public washroom facilities. Mr Davie said the regional significance and appeal of Te Ana would attract a wide
range of business operators. “Christchurch will finally have what all other major New Zealand cities have and that is a fully serviced, walk-on marina.”

Kayak business to return •From page 1 “The business breached the district plan and also the Building Act 2004 however, upon identifying these breaches the city council has been working with the business owner towards achieving compliance. Unfortunately, this has not been achieved resulting in a fine being issued in May 2017.” Mr Trolove said following meetings between his lawyer and city council staff, he’s been told the
business can reopen, once a house is built on the section. He anticipated it would take about a year to build and Lyttelton Kayaks would reopen in summer 2018/19. The news was a relief. “It’s something I’m quite passionate about because Lyttelton Harbour is such a beautiful recreation for the people of Christchurch.” He wasn’t concerned someone could open a competing business in the
meantime. “There’s plenty of water. I’ve got about 40 kayaks and no debt so if someone else comes in I can play fun and games with them and not worry too much.” Mr Trolove said along with the $30,000 it had cost him in fines and lawyers fees, he had also lost 10 years of word-of-mouth marketing. He wouldn’t say how much income he’d lost since the closure, but said it would be “quite a bit.”

GPS misleading tourists Local ‘celeb’ bows Bid to keep out after 26 years
campervans off rough roads By Sarla Donovan TOURISTS ON Banks Peninsula are being led down narrow, winding gravel roads by their GPS systems. Banks Peninsula Community Board member Tori Peden told a recent board meeting that tourists were driving on unsealed rural roads which are unsuitable for large vehicles, including Harmans Track and the Port LevyPigeon Bay Rd. She said GPS systems are indicatTori Peden ing those roads as the shortest route to some destinations – but they are potentially dangerous for vehicles like campervans. Ms Peden – who lives on a shingle road in Little River – said residents were concerned about tourists using the steep, twisting Harmans Track as a shortcut. “It’s a four-wheel-drive-only, gravel road but GPS units are sending campervans down there. Residents are quite concerned that there are tourists coming
•From page 1 She said there had been a lot of memorable stories over the years, but one of the more recent was the fortitude shown by the community following the September, 2010, and February, 2011, earthquakes. “The strength of our community to pull together after the earthquake was mirrored by the endurance of our fish. They survived in a broken, redstickered building for almost three months with very little water and no food. They are still

down that road when it’s very narrow with blind corners. Once you’re on it, you can’t turn around and it’s quite hard to pass vehicles.” She said there was a sign at the top of the track at present, but it needed to be larger and specifically targeted at tourists. The track comes out in the Purau Valley. City council staff are now looking at installing more signage on the peninsula notifying drivers that certain roads aren’t suitable for large vehicles or vehicles which are not 4WD.
Board member Janis Haley said for the unaware, it can be quite an issue as the condition of some Banks Peninsula roads was “absolutely atrocious”. Akaroa Police Senior Constable Tim Johnson said anything that made it easier and safer for tourists travelling by road was positive. •HAVE YOUR SAY: Should there be better road signs for tourists on the peninsula? alive and appear very happy.” Community connections were the reason Ms Dally has stayed. “Those strong relationships meant a great deal in working with their young children. Over the years, I have also worked alongside many amazing teachers with their own individual passions. Each day is different, exciting, rewarding, challenging.” Living locally, she will no doubt continue to bump into past pupils and their families when out walking.
In Brief SKATEBOARD DETERRENT Steel studs have been placed on the kerb areas in the Sumner Centre’s Nayland St car park in an attempt to discourage skateboarders from using the space. The city council has also installed signs directing motorists to the car park after local businesses complained about the noise being created by skateboarders.
PHOTO COMPETITION A photo competition with the theme Life in the Crater will run through to February 28. Akaroa businesses have sponsored 10 separate prizes for the Akaroa Summer Photographic Competition. It aims to attract images that best reflect the theme. Entries are open can be submitted to adp@akaroa. com.

SAT
By Sarla Donovan OLIVER ODLIN has topped the country in a national mathematics examination. The year 9 St Andrew’s College student lives in Redcliffs and until this year was a pupil at Mt Pleasant Primary School. When Oliver, 14, found out he had earned a medal for the top score in the country in ICAS year 9 maths, a national mathematics competition, he was “pretty chuffed”. The exams are nationwide in core subjects for primary and secondary school students and are sat throughout New Zealand. Oliver’s mother Felicity is an accountant and said he’d always enjoyed working with numbers. “That’s his thing, he has a completely mathematical brain. He’s up there compared to me.” He has been sitting the tests for about four years and previously gained high distinction, but this was the first time he had topped the country. Although he’s not one to shout from the rooftops, Ms Odlin said her son was excited about flying up last weekend to receive his medal at the University of Auckland. He has enjoyed studying science for the first time this year and was considering pursuing a career in engineering.

Pet day at Diamond Harbour
SCHOOLS
Pet day is an annual event at Diamond Harbour School. The school’s senior boys writing group wrote about the day. This is Campbell’s story
CLUCK: Josh Wear and his favourite chook pose for the camera.
On a sunny day in the Port Hills, the blue sky is clear but the trees are providing shade for the people watching. The Port Hills glisten in the hot morning sun and people cower under the shade. Both goats are standing in the long jump pit, usually reserved for long jumpers. The goats are sniffing each other’s noses. Billy the big white goat is saying “I’m bigger than you!” But Gruffy says “you may be bigger than me but I can headbutt you, you have no horns.” Fortunately, they decided to be friends and minutes later they are happily chewing the same tree, side-by-side.
FRIENDS: Mali Lloyd, Eva Hillier and Jenna Janes with Jenna’s pet goat.
WOOLY: Louis Swallow and Kobe Kaka keep watch over two hungry lambs.

Unique cruise experiences!
Putting the luxury into travel
New Zealanders are enjoying and responding to the wonderful holiday options that small ship cruises offer. Whether that be on the oceans or the rivers, we want to really explore a destination and to experience it. Smaller ships can go where the big ships cannot, and their itineraries and ports of call are as diverse as the different cruise lines themselves. We are delighted to showcase a selection of cruises that we think represent some amazing cruising experiences and destinations. Seabourn is a multi-award winning , ultra-luxury cruise line which focuses on authentic destination experiences, incredible gourmet cuisine and service. Tauck is a luxury boutique river, cruise and land tour operator, and they similarly offer a personal and interactive experience of the destination with uncommon behind the scenes and after hour access and exclusive events. Ponant are expedition cruise specialists with multiple Antarctica itinerary options and dates.

Your Local Views Simple water safety tips Lyttelton-based navigational safety officer Gary Manch has some simple tips to help you keep safe on the water this summer IF YOU’VE been keeping up with the news lately, you may have noticed stories about the road toll creeping up, in spite of the efforts of regulatory authorities to make our roads safer. As I was thinking about this, it came to mind that even though motor vehicles and boats are completely different, they have one big similarity – they are controlled by humans. This, unfortunately, is the reason we tend to have a lot of incidents, both on the water and off. Mechanical failure rarely leads to injury or death – it’s more often the behaviour of drivers that is the problem. When you think about it, one moment of inattention or carelessness on the water can have disastrous consequences not only for the operator – who makes the mistake – but also for the innocent victims who are out enjoying

As Environment Canterbury’s navigation safety officer, I have no control over what happens on the roads but I do have the ability to try and change behaviour on our waterways. As we head into the 2017/18 boating season, here are some tips I would ask you to take on board. •First up, learn the boating rules because the more clued
up you are, the more likely you are to enjoy your day safely. •Don’t drink alcohol until you have returned to the shore because alcohol can cause both skippers and passengers to behave recklessly. •Ensure correctly-fitting lifejackets are worn at all times on the water because they may save your life. •Carry two forms of
communication that will work in the area you are boating in. •Last, but not least – be courteous to other boaties, and respect swimmers and divers who are in the water nearby. If you comply with these simple requests, we should have a safe, incident-free summer. Take care out there,

Your Local Views Pay your neighbour a visit this Christmas Labour MP for the Port Hills Ruth Dyson reflects on the stress that Christmas can bring LEADING INTO Christmas – what is important? It’s that time of the year again – when people debate how early we should hear Christmas music in the shops and have Christmas decorations up. When end of school closures put additional pressure on parents who are working. When Christmas present lists get longer and longer and when the overall pressure that Christmas gives causes tension. So what’s important about this time of year? Well, for me, it’s the same thing that is important at all times of the year – family and friends. It’s not too late to take the time to revise the things that cause you stress and introduce stuff that creates happiness and great memories. And where better to do this than in our own area. We have amazing walks, parks, beaches, all of which are free, and even
better people to share the pleasures they give us. And with the summer weather predicted, make sure you have plenty of sunblock on as well. For many in our communities, Christmas is often a sad time as they remember family members they have lost or they might just be on their own. Friendship and spending time with people is one of the most special things you can give to a person whose days might otherwise be long and lonely. So think about those in your street or suburb who might not have people to share good times with and pay them a visit. You might be surprised at how much pleasure you get out of this giving. Whatever you are doing over the Christmas and New Year period, I really hope it is as stress-free and happy as possible, that you have time to share the things that really matter, and that 2018 offers you fresh opportunities, challenges and rewards. Warmest Christmas and New Year greetings to you all.

Shops bursting with festive gift ideas The countdown to the big day is well underway, so making up the Christmas gift list will now be a top priority… if you haven’t already done so. Finding those special gifts and stocking fillers as well as the Christmas treats for the table is so easy at our city’s malls and shopping centres, where the shops are bursting with festive merchandise. Every woman likes to receive bodypampering gifts, and there is a huge selection of these priced to suit all budgets at the many pharmacies and gift shops around the city. Perfume is another favourite and again there is a wide selection to choose from, ranging from exciting new releases to the well-known fragrances that have stood the test of time. Lingerie, jewellery, fashion accessories, homewares and decor items – there’s no end to the ideas for the women on the list. The men are equally well catered for, from the sophisticated metro-male boyfriends, to the car-crazy brothers and the DIY
enthusiast and keen gardener husbands and dads. Choose from clothing, books, tools, personal grooming items and gadgets to put a smile on their face on Christmas morning. Speaking of smiles, nothing gives families more joy than seeing the excitement of the children opening their presents. Whether they are delivered by Santa or snuck under the tree by mum and dad, the cuddly toys, games, dolls and building blocks, the candy canes, toy trucks and pretty dresses currently filling the shops will bring squeals of sheer happiness from the smallest family members. The tweens and teens usually have their own ideas about what they want for Christmas, so the gift cards offered by a wide range of retailers are the perfect way to please.

Glenda McMillan – I hope whoever stole this fuel never needs the generosity of these volunteers in their life time. What a smack in the face for our community heroes to come across these greedy scumbags. Trevor Taylor – Three hundred litres is a massive amount of diesel to take (about five tank fulls). Would have to be very organised and have a small tanker, 15 jerry cans and a high flow pump. Syphoning would take hours. Rob White – Let’s hope the first fire they can’t get to is the thieves themselves. Marianne McKinney Zonneveld – What is society coming to? Seems we have bred a lot of selfish scumbags with a sense of entitlement. They will get their just reward one day. Karma. We said:
SLOW: The city council is consulting on proposed lower speed limits for Dyers Pass Rd.
The speed limits on Dyers Pass Rd could be lowered to 60km/h You said: Jeff Morrison – The proposed change of speed limit on Dyers Pass Rd will not solve the problem. Inappropriate overtaking, speeding, crossing the centre line and not driving to the conditions will continue, regardless of the speed limit in place. How many of the 180 accidents

that have been recorded over the past decade have involved drivers under-30 (the suspected boy racers)? A change in speed limit will only penalise people who choose to live in the harbour basin and extend their current commute. Those who currently break the law will continue to break the law. Wilfried J Rademaker – An appropriate speed limit for New Zealand’s open roads is long overdue. We just need to realise that setting a speed limit and enforcing it

is only one side of the coin – the other is attempting to change driving culture. Too many drivers view the present 100km/h limit for open New Zealand roads as a “target” rather than the maximum speed, to be modified according to road conditions. Furthermore, there is the prevalent culture of having to be at the head of the queue, regardless of the speed the column is moving. Compare that to Norway, where the open road speed limit is 80km/h. In my experience, traffic flows far better there, and driving a vehicle is so much easier. And in Norway they get away with two thirds of the New Zealand death rate per kilometres driven. Yes, unlike us, they do have the money to tunnel through many an obstacle in the way – but that does not explain the overall results. Even on a German autobahn with no speed limits, I very rarely experience the daringly aggressive overtaking manoeuvres New Zealand drivers seem to feel they excel in. However, I daily experience such behaviour on my run into town. If you check the science of all this, you will find that a slower vehicle speed can actually increase throughput of a given road, rather than reducing it. My recommendation is, let’s go for it.

Macklan does not drop a set in South Island school finals
Brignell blasts Hanmer marathon By Gordon Findlater SUMNER RUNNING Club members braved Saturday’s scorching heat to compete in two marathon events around the South Island. Lisa Brignell won the women’s title at the Hanmer Springs Alpine Marathon in a time of 3hr 11min 35sec. Her time was even good enough for second out of all runners. “I was actually leading the race for about 38km and then the guy that won the race blasted past me and was really quick on the downhill to the finish,” said Brignell. The run from Lake Tennyson to Hanmer Springs was done in 27 deg C heat on shingle tracks, mostly uphill until the final downhill blast into Hanmer. It was the first time Brignell had run the event because it falls on the same day as the popular Kepler Challenge held in Te Anau. However, with entries to this year’s challenge selling out in just 4min she took the opportunity to run in Hanmer. However, a strong contingent from Sumner headed south for the 30th anniversary of the Kepler Challenge. Record high temperatures gave the 60km ultra marathon an extra challenge. Competitors climbed as high as 1390m and accumulated more than 2400m of total verti-
OUR LADY Star of the Sea School pupil Macklan Robertson returned home from Timaru last week with two South Island primary school tennis titles. Macklan didn’t drop a set on his way to winning both the singles and doubles titles in the year 6 and under boys division at the South Island primaryintermediate school finals. In pool play, the second seed won all three Macklan of his pool games, Robertson including a 5-4(8), 4-0 win over No 3 seed, Ej Emilio Gonzaga, from Merrin Primary School. He then defeated No 1 seed Ethan Cook in the tournament final 5-3, 5-4(6). A week before the South Island tournament, the Sumner Tennis Club member competed at the Canterbury primary-intermediate school championships at Wilding Park, where he was defeated by Ethan 2-4, 2-4. In Timaru, Macklan and Ethan teamed up to win the year 6 and under boys doubles title. They defeated another all-Canterbury pairing of Ej Emilio and James Kirk 7-5 in the final.

cal height gain, including the famous Luxmore Grunt. Two-time previous Kepler winner, Vajin Armstrong, of Sumner, came into the event this year with a hindered buildup, recovering from hamstring and sacroiliac joint pain. Armstrong was stoked to have left everything on the trail and stormed home in 5hr 15min 30sec to finish in fifth. Tane Cambridge and Nathan Jones put in a solid show, with only 9sec separating them at the finish. Cambridge completed his first Kepler in an impressive
time of 5hr 39min 52sec, finishing 12th. Jones finished 13th overall and third in the male over-40 class. Other noticeable performances from Sumner runners came from Paul Timothy, who finished 20th overall in 5hr 49min 19sec. Mark Adams, of Redcliffs, managed to join the sub-six hour club by finishing 25th in 5hr 58min 48sec. David Slater was 32nd in 6hr 11min 39sec, and Shaun McWhirter was 42nd with a personal best of 6hr 27min 6sec. Crystal Wilkinson, who joined the Sumner
club as a social member this year, completed her first Kepler in 8hr 22min. The women’s event was won by 26-year-old Ruby Muir, of Wellington. It was her fifth women’s title, which she claimed with a time of 5hr 24min 54sec, just 1min 24sec off the race record set in 2003. Defending men’s champion Sam McCutcheon, of Wellington, defended his title with a personal best time of 4hr 49min 50sec, 20min ahead of Australian Stuart Gibson in second

New hope for patients suffering from MS, strokes or spinal injuries
Special offer for DeceMBer - if you have suffered a stroke, spinal injury or have MS, then this article is for you.
For those seeking relief from pain caused by injury, and other physical and mental health issues, Chinese health practitioner Dr Lan Xiao offers a method of treatment that brings fast, and often immediate results. A graduate of Beijing Medical College, Dr Lan established an acupuncture clinic in Christchurch in 1993. As she continued her research and medical practice, she discovered a reflexology network on the human body, an exciting new discovery that became the foundation of her new treatment – acupuncture without needles. Instead of needles, Dr Lan uses a blunt instrument to stimulate the reflexology points on the face or other parts of the body. When the point is stimulated by pressure, a message is sent to the repair centre to promote healing. As Dr Lan explains, the treatment increases energy, which boosts the body’s healing system. The body will heal injuries naturally, she says, but that is a slow process. In addition, many people will start to use their injured part, for example a knee or an ankle, before it is properly healed, therefore prolonging the injury and even causing chronic pain. With her powerful treatment, results are produced very quickly – even instantly. She likens it to the differences between the power of a car – natural healing, of an aeroplane – other types of natural healing, and of a rocket –
True
reflexology network. It brings fast results because it is a very precise treatment, Dr Lan says. She uses it to treat people of all ages with many different types of pain in all parts of the body, including arthritic pain, MS, and pain from injury, and there are no side-effects. Depression and anxiety, often the result of ongoing low energy, can also be overcome with Dr Lan’s treatment. Dr Lan’s treatment can give amazing, instant improvement for muscle weakness and numbness caused by nerve damage such as MS, stroke and spinal injury. Search You Tube for Dr Lan reflexology to see lots of instant results videos. Dr Lan has published a book, Dr Lan’s Reflexology Network, which introduces the treatment and explains how it works. Her website, www. drlansreflexologynetwork.co.nz, includes treatment videos, where people who have had the treatment speak about the fast relief it has brought them. Dr Lan is offering 10 patients of stroke, 10 patients of MS and 10 patients of spinal injury half price for their rehabb. Phone 323 4168, mobile 027 231 8388.

REAL ESTATE Superior location - sublime views - ‘as is- where is’ 1A Searidge Lane, Scarborough Auction: Thursday, 14 December 2017, Unless Sold Prior
3 bedrooms | 2 bathrooms | 2 toilets | 1 living rooms | 1 office/studies | Listing FM5311
Searidge Lane is arguably one of the most highly sought and desirable addresses on Scarborough. The reasons, as to why, are very clear. Commanding a premium location equalled by a prime position overlooking Nicholson Park, straight out to sea and across to the magnificent Southern Alps. Being sold ‘as is - where is’, this attractive contemporary home is bathed in sun during the day through to enchanting sunsets and twinkling city lights come dark. The beautifully lush landscaped garden enhances the appeal of this property and creates the ambience of living in your own piece of paradise. The home was deemed a repair and my owners have settled in full with their insurer, so no funds or proceeds will be transferred to the new owner. Assured privacy and tons of appeal, this is not your average ‘as is’ property, the stunning location and views ensures this!
My owners have given clear instruction and the home will be sold, on or before auction day. Don’t delay, there won’t be another like this. Open Homes: Wednesdays, Saturdays & Sundays 2:15pm - 3:00pm. See you at the Open Home or for a private viewing or more information contact Deb Beesley of Harcourts Grenadier Ferrymead (Licensed Agent REAA 2008) on 384 7950 or mob 027 280 8837
